This Week’s Quick
Sales Tip:
Referral
Bonus!

A referral bonus is
a great way to grow your customer list and reward your current customers. If you
do not currently have one, you might like to incorporate it into your
business. It works something like this: Each time a customer refers
someone new, credit their next order. It’s a one time credit per referral
and customers love to see the credit on their receipt. This will
definitely grow your customer list! (You can do the credit in a certain
percentage off the order or in set dollars off the order, which ever you
prefer.)
This Week’s
Motivation:
Self
Leadership and Time
by Dr.
Nathan Baxter
Time management is really a
misnomer — the challenge is not to manage time, but to manage yourself against
time.
Building a successful Mary Kay
business requires self-management. Do you use your time wisely?
Every woman has the exact equal amount of time every single day. However,
some women have figured out how to better manage themselves to get the most out
of their days.
The
truth is, you can’t manage time but rather you must manage yourself to get the
most out of the time you have.
Here are
some helpful questions to get you started in the area of
self-management:
·
What area of your business suffers the most due to a lack of
time?
·
Do you believe that the amount of time devoted to working your business is in
right proportion to the
success
that you are wanting?
·
How much more time do you need to invest in your Mary Kay business each
week?
·
Where do you typically waste the most time in your
week?
·
What are some practical ways for you to better manage yourself and free up the
additional
time you are needing?
·
Who do you know that would be willing to help you make these changes in your
life?
·
Have you identified the 3 most important things that you must do every single
day to build your business?
Building a Mary Kay Business is
much like growing a garden. It is really a partnership with God. He
is willing to do the growing but He invites you to do your part, which is
cultivating you and your business. If you do not do your part, He will
allow your business to fill with weeds and not yield the fruit He intended your
business to bear. No work, no fruit!
What
is one thing you could do (that
you aren’t doing now) that if done on a regular basis, would make a tremendous difference in your
business?
